Platinum Esthetics

Facials are tailored to each client's skin. Options include a classic glow treatment, acne-clearing treatments and anti-aging treatments. The photon microcurrent facial pairs microcurrent with LED light therapy, and LED light therapy on its own uses red, blue, green and amber wavelengths for skin concerns. Professional skincare brands used include GlyMed, Dr. esthe, Skin Script, iS Clinical and Face Reality.

Lash extensions come in natural and fuller styles. Brows can be tinted and waxed to shape and define them, or given micro-shaded ombre brows, a semi-permanent technique. Microshading is one of two eyebrow methods offered, alongside microblading. Clients who are unsure can book a patch test before microshading. Pigment from microshaded brows can be lifted, and emergency removal is available within 48 hours after service.

Body contouring includes laser lipo, cavitation lipo, vacuum RF, radiofrequency skin tightening and wood therapy. Body contouring requires a body mass index below 36 for most procedures and is not intended as a weight loss solution. Microshading is not suitable for clients who are pregnant or nursing, or who have used Accutane within the past year. The studio reserves the right to decline any client it considers unsuitable for a procedure.

For people who want to become lash technicians, the studio offers a beginner's skill development training, a confidence booster skills refresher workshop, and one-on-one live model training in which a lash set is done together. Payment plans and gift cards are available.
