The salon is owned by Dianne Petersen, who also works as a stylist there. The stylists include Michael Vazquez, Natalie Reynoso, and Dianne Petersen, with Olha Zhybak handling brows and makeup and Fernanda coordinating guest appointments.

The menu is grouped into cuts, organic color, styling, treatments, and eyebrow shaping and makeup application. Listed prices are starting prices and can rise depending on the stylist and the services needed. Corrective color and extensions require a consultation before booking, and wedding and formal consultations for brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride or groom, prom and other formal occasions can be requested online.

Booking requires a credit card kept on file and a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, counted in salon business days, and full highlights, keratin treatments and relaxing services need 72 hours. Clients who arrive 10 minutes late are still accommodated, though very late arrivals may need to rebook. Color services do not include a blow dry, so that must be booked at the same time. Adjustments to a color or cut should be scheduled within two weeks, and tips can be paid in cash, Zelle or Venmo but not on a credit card.

Parking is available at Newberry Plaza, 1030 N. State St., a short walk from the salon, and the site describes those prices as reasonable. Valet parking is listed at Le Colonial, 57 E. Oak St. The site also lists Polish- and Spanish-speaking support.
