Before booking, prospective clients send photos or join a video call so Malia can confirm candidacy. Once booked, they complete intake paperwork sent by email and meet with Malia in person to set a bespoke plan for the areas they want to work on. A 25% deposit holds the appointment, and it is nonrefundable and nontransferable, so cancelling on the day or not showing up forfeits it.
On the day, a topical numbing cream is applied and left on for about 20 minutes. Appointments run from roughly one to three hours depending on the area. Clients leave with a medical grade healing serum applied and take home medical grade aftercare products and written instructions. Redness is expected for about two days, and small crusts usually fall away within 5-7 days on the face or 10-14 days on the body. Malia stays available by message with questions during the early healing period.
Clients are asked to avoid Botox, fillers, chemical peels, lasers and heavy sun or tanning for four weeks before a session, and to avoid peels, acids, exfoliants and lasers for four weeks after. A modified skincare routine can usually resume about two weeks after treatment. The business says most clients reach their desired results within one or two treatments, and that lifting and tightening results last three to five years while scarring results are permanent.
Each client gets a customized plasma lift plan, set after a candidacy check and an in-person consult with the founder.
