Guests must be at least 18. Tell staff about medical conditions, allergies or physician care at check-in. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice to avoid the full service fee. Late changes caused by travel delays or traffic result in a shortened treatment or a full charge, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. Appointments may be reassigned to another available therapist without notice.
