Plait Me Down works by appointment, Monday through Saturday, and is closed on Sundays. The braid menu includes 2 Strand, 5-6 Barrel Rows, Around the World, Random Tandom, Swiggle Pop Smoke and Zig Zag braids, each listed at three hours and priced from $75 to $80. Booking comes with a few firm rules. Full payment is needed to secure any hair appointment, and a 10-minute grace period applies before an appointment is cancelled at 20 minutes with a 50% refund of the scheduled service. Clients who feel unwell with cough, sneeze or flu-like symptoms are asked to reschedule, and a sick appointment is cancelled with a 75% refund. Because of limited space, no extra guests are allowed.
