Clients travel to Norwood from Greater Boston, Providence, Worcester and across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New England. Consultations and fittings are one on one, private and held in a women-only studio, and client information is kept in strict confidence. Initial appointments can take up to two weeks to book, and longer for Saturdays and evenings.
Afterward, the client receives suggestions for next steps, which might involve topical treatments, dietary changes, low-level laser sessions or non-surgical hair replacement.
The studio offers non-surgical hair systems, toppers, custom wigs, Great Lengths extensions and Micro Point Link hair additions, plus treatments including PRP therapy and laser hair therapy. It belongs to Transitions International Group, the American Hair Loss Council and the North American Design Group, and was a founding member of the Boston chapter of the National Alopecia Areata Foundation. According to the studio, it has received the Northeastern University Family Business of the Year Award and an Outstanding Women of Family Business Award.
