Services are offered to clients from age 3 and up.

The business uses Xpression pre-stretched hair. Its site gives suggested pack counts by length: for butt-length hair, three packs of 72-inch; for waist-length, three packs of 52-inch; and for mid-back length, two packs of 42-inch and one pack of 52-inch.

Appointments are offered at 7:30am or 1:30pm. Bookings requested at other times are moved to one of those two times. Clients are asked to arrive on appointment days with their hair washed and detangled. The allotted time is an estimate, and appointments can run longer.

To hold a booking, clients pay a $20 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. If a client neither cancels nor reschedules in that window and does not show up, a 40% fee is charged to the card on file. Booking confirms agreement to the terms on the booking site. Payment can be made by cash, card, or Zelle.
