The waxing menu is broad. Face options include a full face wax, which covers the forehead, cheeks, temples, lip, chin and the area under the jawbone, but not the brows. Neck waxing is offered either from the jawbone to the collarbone or from the back of the hairline to the top of the shoulders, not both. Arms, legs and back can be done in halves or in full. Intimate waxing is available for clients with a vagina or a penis, and clients with a penis can choose to leave a thin strip or triangle of hair if they prefer.

Brow and lash services are grouped together. A brow wax includes a consultation, waxing, trimming and tweezing. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent service, and according to the studio its results last up to 8 weeks. Pixie perfect brows combine waxed and laminated brows with a hybrid stain. The hybrid brow stain is described as lasting 2 or more weeks. Lash tint darkens natural lashes without mascara, and the Korean lash lift curls natural lashes from the root to the tips without extensions.

Booking takes a little planning. There is a non-refundable fee to book, and several services need a deposit, including pixie perfect brows, brow lamination, the Korean lash lift and certain Brazilian and leg services for new clients. New clients booking a full Brazilian (v) need at least 3 weeks of hair growth, and returning clients need 3 to 4 weeks. Cancellations or changes should be requested at least 24 hours ahead by email or direct message. After more than one missed appointment, a late cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply, and a no-show may be charged the full cost. The studio accepts debit cards, credit cards and Apple Pay. Cash must be exact change, and new clients need to show a form of ID for card payments. The studio is open Tuesday 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 1 PM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

The studio works with premium products and gentle techniques, with waxing as its core service alongside brow and lash work.
