Appointments are recommended and given priority, and walk-ins are welcome. An appointment is treated as canceled or as a walk-in if the client arrives more than 10 minutes late. Every guest receives a complimentary drink with a purchase each day, with wine served to guests 21 and over and Coke and water also offered.

Free nail repairs cover a technical flaw or a clearly mismatched color, provided the request comes within three days of the service; one repair is included. Later repairs are billed at the current menu rate. The general redo window runs two to three weeks.
