The studio's core service is the Russian e-file manicure, done dry with an electric file and fine bits rather than soaking, and kept away from water on the cuticle. A standard session covers nail shaping, cuticle work and gentle buffing of the natural nail, and can be finished with a soft or hard gel overlay in a solid color, or with a structured gel overlay that has a built-in apex for strength. The salon states the manicure lasts three to four weeks with structured gel. The service is designed for natural nails, so the studio does not work with acrylic or dip powder. Nail design and nail extensions such as Gel-X or dual forms are booked as separate services.

Booking runs through Square at both studios. Clients are asked to put a card on file when they book, and payment is taken after the appointment. Reminders are sent by text on the day of booking, 24 hours ahead and one hour ahead. Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours in advance avoid a fee, while later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and a 5% processing and administration fee applies to all services. Coffee, tea, snacks and cold drinks are offered at every appointment, and a private VIP room can be requested at either studio. Reusable tools are sterilized between clients, and the salon will decline a service if nails look unhealthy. Animals are not allowed in the salon.

Beyond manicures, the studio offers dry SMART and KART pedicures, Service in 4 Hands where two technicians work on one client at once, a Little Princess menu for children up to 11, and a Gentleman's menu for men. Brow and lash services include brow lamination, tinting, shaping, lash lift, lash lamination, classic to mega volume lash extensions and lash fills, and saline tattoo removal is offered for microblading and permanent brow tattoos. Pixie Academy provides one-on-one Russian e-file manicure training for nail professionals; the site says it is an advanced skills course rather than a license. The Pixie Love Rewards program gives stars on visits, purchases and referrals, and members are enrolled automatically at their first purchase.
