Lash extensions come in classic, wet-set and hybrid versions. Classic sets use individual single lashes for a natural finish and take about two hours and fifteen minutes. Wet-set sets use thicker, bolder bundles for a wet-mascara look and take about two hours and forty-five minutes. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume lashes and take about two and a half hours. Fills are timed to the lash cycle: a mini fill is for returning clients within a week of a set, a classic fill is usually booked two to three weeks after a set, and wet-set and hybrid fills run about an hour and a half. Fills need at least 40 percent of the full set to remain, otherwise the visit is charged as a full set, and foreign fills are not accepted.

For people who have never had extensions, a patch test is available before committing to a full set. Lash removal is done by cream and takes about half an hour. The Korean lash lift is a no-glue treatment that lifts the natural lashes, with the site noting results can last up to six to eight weeks; a version with tint is also offered.
