Pixie and Prim offers head spa treatments for the scalp and hair at its Grandville location. The menu is built in tiers, so a first visit, a longer session and a fuller treatment each have a clear price and length.

Men's Head Spa is designed around men's scalp and hair needs. It combines a scalp scrub, a clarifying cleanse, targeted exfoliation and a therapeutic scalp massage, and is priced at $60.

Essential Headspa is the entry point and is described as suited to first-time guests. It starts with a gentle scalp analysis, moves through a deep cleanse and exfoliation, and ends with a soothing scalp massage, for $75. Signature Headspa, at $95, adds a customized scalp analysis, a double cleanse, a nourishing mask and an extended scalp massage. Deluxe Headspa, at $125, includes everything in the Signature treatment plus a mini facial and extended massage techniques.

Three add-ons can be paired with a head spa. A 15-minute scalp stimulating massage, priced at $25, is performed before a head spa and is intended to stimulate the scalp and support hair growth, a claim the business makes about the treatment. A 15-minute repair mask, priced at $15, is intended to help with breakage and hydrate hair. A 30-minute blow dry and style, priced at $25, finishes hair either in curls or straight.

The Essential, Signature and Deluxe treatments are not offered to clients who have extensions, braids or tinsel, so those clients should check before booking.

Treatments are organized as scalp-first sessions, with the depth of cleansing, exfoliation and massage increasing from one tier to the next.
