Nail services include Gel X extensions priced by length, with design prices varying by technician, along with acrylic full sets and fills with gel polish, dipping powder and builder gel on natural nails, gel overlays without a fake tip, and removals on their own. Pedicures include a basic gel option and a deluxe gel pedicure that uses organic products for the leg scrub and a Russian callus removal technique.
The basic and deluxe gel pedicures are booked by direct message, as are estimates for Gel X and Master GelX designs. Appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice by text to 714-681-1111. Late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows may forfeit a deposit, and after improper cancellations the studio may ask for a non-refundable deposit to hold the next appointment. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period; arriving later than that carries a $15 fee, and the studio may shorten or refuse services.
A complimentary fix is offered for dissatisfaction with a service if raised within three days of the original visit. Refunds are not given once a service has been performed. Clients can wait inside the building, and cash payment is recommended.
