The facial menu ranges from a Teen Facial and the Pinyon Facial, in 60- and 90-minute versions, to the NeoLifting Facial, a non-surgical facial that combines facial massage with manual lymphatic drainage and ends with a scalp massage. EYE REVIVE is a needle-free eye treatment using touch, lymphatic drainage and micro-sculpting, with no downtime. The Wise Skin Facial uses Botnia products, and the Clear Skin Facial is also offered through Classpass.
Sugaring is a major part of the menu. Treatments use a paste made from sugar, lemon and water, applied lukewarm and removed in the direction of hair growth. Options include underarm sugaring, bikini, extended bikini and Brazilian (vulva) sugaring, and face sugaring for the lip, chin, nostrils, side of face and full face. First-time sugaring appointments need at least two weeks of hair growth. Eyebrow waxing, tinting and a combined wax and tint are also available. The tint is vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free and free of synthetic fragrance, and comes in a range of shades.
Memberships give regular clients a monthly facial, with benefits that renew on the enrollment date and do not roll over. Members also receive 10% off additional services and retail. Benefits can be gifted to someone else, and memberships can be cancelled anytime by email. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged the full service cost. Clients are asked to arrive within 5 to 10 minutes of their start time, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. New clients should book a 20-minute consultation with their first appointment. Appointments are booked online or by phone.
Treatments are built around plant-based botanicals made in the studio's own apothecary, and the business favors gentle, non-invasive methods that protect the skin barrier.
