Booking works by approval. A request shows as pending until the technician approves it, which can take up to 12 hours, and a text then asks the client to confirm through a link in the notice. Clients who want a specific design can send inspiration images by Instagram direct message before booking. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The menu covers polish and gel manicures, pedicures with a heated vibrating foot spa, and full acrylic, hard gel and GelX sets, along with fills and removal of existing extensions or overlays. Nail art is priced in tiers, from simple gel techniques to encapsulated designs and detailed hand-painted or 3D work, and per-nail pricing applies to some options. Press-on nail orders are taken as well, and a customizable training option is listed at $200 for 180 minutes.
Minors need to bring an adult, pets are not allowed, and children who need supervision must be accompanied by another adult. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and moves it to another date or time. Cancellations carry a fee of 50% of the booked services total, and the card on file is charged if the cancellation comes within five hours of the appointment. No-shows, and clients who give no notice 15 minutes past their time, are charged the full cost of services.
