The core offering is the Omakase facial line, where each treatment is shaped around the client's own skin needs. Depending on the visit, a facial may draw on LED therapy, microcurrent, hydrodermabrasion, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning or chemical peels, and extractions are included in every facial. The Routine is a 30-minute option at $150. The Ritual is a 45-minute visit at $195, recommended for returning clients working on acne, hyperpigmentation, texture and signs of aging, and it includes one advanced treatment and custom finishing products. The Essential runs 60 minutes for $225 and adds two advanced treatments. The Preferred is an 80-minute facial at $275 with an extended massage, two advanced treatments and a spa wrap to change into. The Back Facial, also called the Bacial, is a 50-minute back treatment at $195 with one advanced treatment and customized products. Gratuity is included in the price of The Ritual, The Essential, The Preferred and the Back Facial.

Before a treatment plan is set, clients can have an in-person consultation at $150 to build a customized home care regimen. Clients are asked to bring the skincare products they already use. For people who want to learn more on their own, the studio offers one-on-one esthetic training video calls with Emily Hilburn in 30-minute ($125) and 65-minute ($250) sessions, an acne client demonstration and talk-through for $99, and recorded webinars and masterclasses on topics including acne extraction, esthetic homecare, chemical peels, acne management and rosacea.

The studio carries products from Regimen Lab, Stratia, Face Reality Skincare and Geek and Gorgeous. The salon describes its facials as science based, says it uses eco-friendly products with an aim to reduce environmental impact, and states a goal of making professional skincare affordable and inclusive for all ages, genders and skin types. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations may be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full booked fee.

Each service is tailored to the client's specific skin concerns and goals. The salon describes its work as science based and driven by innovation.
