The salon places weight on the health of clients' natural nails and follows sanitation practices grounded in research. Gel-X sets come in tip lengths from Extra Short up to 2XL Long, and builder gel overlays add structure to natural nails, with builder gel fills available for those overlay sets. Gel polish manicures and pedicures are offered, along with a structured removal and nail clean-up service that includes no polish or enhancements.
A visit includes comfortable seating and a complimentary beverage selection. Cracks or splits in gel services are reinforced with a silk wrap at no added cost. Regular polish removal is free, and Pinkies removals are complimentary for returning clients. Foreign gel polish removal carries a $5 charge and foreign enhancement removal carries a $20 charge.
Booking changes can be made online up to 4 hours before an appointment; later changes need to be communicated directly. Clients who do not show up are charged 15% of the booked service cost. Toenail enhancements are not applied or maintained at the salon.
