The studio's focus is creative nail design built on artificial nail enhancements. Acrylic overlays are $40, fill-ins $45 and full sets $55, each taking about an hour. Freestyle fill-ins ($85) and freestyle full sets ($100) take about two hours. A spa manicure is $50, soak-off removal is $25, and nail designs alone are $30. Design add-ons are priced by variation.
Booking requires a deposit that goes toward the cost of the service. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $15 late fee applies, and an appointment is cancelled 25 minutes after its start time if the client has not arrived. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations, no-shows or late reschedules. One reschedule is allowed per appointment, at least 24 hours ahead and within the same month, and it requires a new deposit.
Guests have complimentary WiFi, parking and 24/7 security surveillance. The studio also sells press-on nails: Press-On Design Nails are $20 for a set of 22 or 24 ready-to-wear nails with application supplies, solid-color press-on nails are $10, bracelets are $7 and a cuticle oil pen is $5. Custom design requests are made by email and quoted within 48 hours. Press-on orders cannot be returned or exchanged, though cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. US orders over $50 ship free by USPS. Service appointments and shop purchases are separate transactions, and promo codes apply only to shop purchases. Subscribers receive specials by email, and a sign-up offer gives 10% off a first purchase.
