Walk-ins are accepted, or clients can book by phone. The salon describes its atmosphere as clean, relaxing and enjoyable. Pedicures include a whirlpool foot spa, and shiatsu chair massage is also offered. Payment is by cash or tip only, and personal checks are not accepted.
Children's services cover ages 12 and under. The children's menu has manicures, pedicures and polish changes at lower prices. The birthday packages are built for up to 10 children and come in four tiers, from a basic manicure party to an Ultimate Pink Party with gel manicures and pedicures in child-size Hello Kitty pedicure chairs. Packages include a favor, balloons and an ice cream cake, and the Ultimate Pink Party adds two large pizzas. A host who brings their own cake can book without one, and should say so when booking. Gratuity is not included in package prices.
The salon also accepts private events and parties. Its Sunday hours are seasonal, from noon to 4pm, and it opens on Sundays for private functions in the fall and winter.
The salon says its goal is customer satisfaction. It states it uses only high-quality nail care products and sanitizes equipment to State Board standards, and that its nail technicians are licensed.
