Every service is provided on site, with the team traveling to the client's location. Before suggesting a look, the artists take time to learn what each client wants and what they are aiming for, and each makeup application is customized to those needs. The team brings an emergency kit to on-site jobs, with items such as deodorant and a sewing kit.

The menu covers wedding work, including bridal makeup, bridal portrait makeup, bridal party looks, flower girl and junior bridesmaid makeup with light hairstyling for ages up to 13, engagement photo looks, bachelorette parties, airbrush foundation and tattoo cover. It also includes boudoir and glamour makeup and hair for photo shoots, individual portrait and headshot services, and makeup and hair for commercial, print, TV and editorial shoots, including film, TV and video work with special FX, wardrobe and styling.

Hygiene is part of the routine: brushes and palettes are cleaned and sanitized after every client, single-use applicators are used for mascara and lip products, and loose powders, liquids and creams are not double-dipped. Clients can also buy a personal brush set to keep. The business says it is experienced with all skin types and skin tones.
