Clients can choose a classic set, a volume or hybrid set, or a mega volume set, and return for fills to maintain them.

Appointments are booked through the studio's online scheduling page. A $20 deposit secures each appointment and is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it is needed again for every new booking. An appointment is cancelled if the deposit has not been paid by the end of the day it was booked. The remaining balance is paid in cash.

Timing matters at this studio. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a $10 late fee, and an appointment is cancelled automatically if the client arrives 15 minutes or more late, with a five-minute grace period in between. Children and extra guests are not allowed at appointments, guests may not wait in the parking lot, and phones are not permitted during appointments.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, mascara, or eyeliner, so the lashes can be applied to a clean base.
