Pink Nail Lounge

Pink Nail Lounge is located at 1460 Eldridge Pkwy, Suite 100, in Houston. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salon says it was fully redesigned and renovated.

The booking menu also lists nail acrylics, waxing, additional services and kids' services.

Every service includes a complimentary drink. Options include water, hot or iced tea, Vietnamese coffee, soda, sangria, mimosa, margarita, and red or white wine. Customer rewards run on a points system rather than stamp cards.

Gel and dipping services carry a three-day guarantee for issues such as broken nails or chipped polish, with complimentary repair. Peeling or splitting gel is touched up in its original color, and a color change needs its own booking. Regular polish has no warranty, and the salon notes that exact color matches across gel, regular polish, dipping and acrylic cannot be guaranteed.

Booking is available online, where clients can request a specific technician by writing the name in the Remarks box. Clients who want two or more services with the same technician need to call or add a note. Calling ahead is recommended for better availability, and technicians may run late when earlier appointments run over. Online booking allows payment after the service, by card or checking account. Prices should be confirmed before service begins. Overnight bookings are not accepted, and all sales are final with no refunds on services. The salon asks that any health conditions be disclosed to staff before services begin and says it is not responsible for ingrown nails, infections or related medical conditions.
