Color makes up much of the menu. Options run from glaze refreshes, which add shine and cancel unwanted tones between color appointments, to grey coverage, global blonde, partial and full highlights, dimensional color, balayage and vivid shades. Goldwell Elumen and vivid color both require a consultation before booking. Full color is a single process, and grey coverage is a single color process, with an added charge when grow-out reaches eight weeks or more.

Curly hair is a focus. The Diametrix curly cut begins with a detailed consultation, then a shampoo, a DpH Deep Repair Masque treatment, the cut and styling. The short curly cut covers the neckline and up. Reviews on the site praise the work with curly hair, and the About page lists 63 reviews.

A consultation is free and takes about 30 minutes, and new clients are asked to call to book. Appointments must be confirmed to hold a time, and a text reminder is sent before each visit. Cancellations need 48 hours notice. Cancellations without that notice and no-shows carry a fee of 60% of the service price, which must be paid before rebooking. Clients who arrive ten minutes or more late may have their appointment rescheduled or changed. Refunds are not given. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 1 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM. The salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
