Repeated or excessive lateness can lead to loss of booking privileges. Extra guests are not allowed unless the salon has arranged it in advance.

Early bird and late night appointments outside normal hours carry an additional $50 fee and are arranged by text or email on request.

Booking changes are limited to one reschedule, which must be requested at least 36 hours before the appointment through the confirmation link in the booking email. Any further change, including one made on the day of the visit, requires a new deposit. Cancelling at least 36 hours in advance carries no fee. A cancellation made with less notice incurs a fee of half the service total, which is taken from the card on file. A client who does not attend is billed the full service total and is not able to book those services again.

Lash fills can be booked 1, 2, or 3 weeks after the previous appointment. A fill requires that at least half of the lashes remain and that no more than 21 days have passed; otherwise a full set is needed. Ombré powder brow clients review a client disqualification list before booking and receive preparation guidelines covering skincare, sun exposure, and caffeine and alcohol timing. Questions are answered within 24 to 48 hours by text or email.
