Laser hair removal is performed with a Candela GentleMax Pro, which has a built-in cooling spray. It is offered by area for women and men, as single sessions or six-session packages. Women's full body is listed at $499 for one session or $2,500 for six. Men's full body is listed at $699 for one session or $3,500 for six and does not include the genital or buttocks region. Most clients need six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, and the business says many notice smoother skin and slower regrowth after two or three. Underarm sessions take under 10 minutes and leg sessions about 30. Before a session, clients avoid sun and tanning for two weeks, shave 24 hours ahead, skip waxing, tweezing and threading, and pause retinol or exfoliating acids for three to five days.
California requires medical clearance before laser treatment, called a GFE. It is a one-minute FaceTime visit with a nurse practitioner, costs $25 paid by Venmo or Zelle, and renews yearly. After booking, a nurse practitioner texts to arrange it; first-time laser clients complete it before their session, and appointments without clearance are rescheduled. Appointments are booked online through the business's Jane page. A card holds the spot without a charge at booking, and payment is taken after the provider confirms the treatment areas. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, and a $50 fee applies to late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows.
Beyond laser hair removal, the studio offers VI Peels for the face or small body areas, PRP and PDGF microneedling, PRP hair restoration, Pico pigmentation laser for sun spots and uneven tone, Xeomin, and laser tattoo removal. Tattoo removal is priced by size, from $149 for under 2 square inches to $739 for 51 to 88 square inches, with custom pricing for 89 square inches and up. Eyebrow microblading removal is $250 per session. Consultations are optional and can be done by phone, video call or in person to help choose a treatment, package or membership. The Pink Diamond Laser Academy offers hands-on laser training for nurses, estheticians and people starting from scratch, led by Leslie Nguyen.
Smooth AF is a monthly membership with maintenance sessions, priority booking and member pricing. Bronze is $99 a month and covers two mini areas or one small area. Silver is $199 a month and includes one Brazilian or full bikini touch-up, or one full butt cheeks session. Pink Diamond is $299 a month and includes one laser appointment of up to 45 minutes. Silver members get 10% off laser packages, retail and other services, and Pink Diamond members get 20% off. Membership fees are non-refundable and monthly sessions do not roll over. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a third-party provider, with no hard credit check and 0% APR options subject to eligibility.
Each client receives a treatment plan tailored to them, with the reasoning explained and prices stated upfront. A registered nurse with a licence carries out all treatments, working within standard medical protocols.
