Facials are customized to each client's skin concerns and begin with a double cleanse, followed by a mask and a moisturizer. Extractions are included in most facials, except the Enzyme Express and Mini facials, where they can be added for $10. The hydro dermabrasion facial, 60 minutes from $170, uses a machine that sprays water and oxygen to exfoliate the skin. The Smooth and Clear Back Facial is $99.

The studio sells Circadia Skin Care and Glymed+ Skincare. Its Oxygen RX mask, a Circadia product, is offered as a $40 add-on and is marketed for all skin types, especially acne or rosacea. Chemical peel options include a custom peel from $150 using lactic, glycolic or TCA acid, and SWiCH, a $150 alternative that the site says involves no flaking, peeling or downtime. For best results the site recommends an enzyme treatment two weeks after SWiCH and a series of six treatments.

Lash offerings run from classic, hybrid and volume extensions to refills, removal and a keratin lash lift, plus a $5 lash bath. Guests booking hybrid extensions need to come in with clean, makeup-free lashes; otherwise the $5 lash bath fee is charged. For waxing, hair must measure between a grain of rice and half an inch, since the salon does not trim hair beforehand. Brazilian wax maintenance is intended for regular waxers whose regrowth is six weeks or less.

The Pretty in Pink Club membership is $99 per month and includes one classic facial monthly, 10% off retail products and other services, and early access to promotions. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours. Appointments with Jillian have a 10-minute grace period, and deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another appointment with the same provider if cancelled outside the 24-hour window.
