The menu centers on extensions and enhancements. Full sets are offered in acrylic, Gel X extensions, and builder gel, with fills and restructures for existing acrylic, builder gel or Gel X work. Natural-nail services include manicures and dip powder, which comes with gel polish at no extra charge. Pedicures come in a basic version and a deluxe version with a spa pack, callus removal, paraffin and a short massage. Service add-ons and acrylic removal are also available. Gel polish is included in most services, while nail art is charged separately.
Three membership tiers spread monthly perks across regular visits. The VIP plan costs $25 per month and includes a discount on services, priority booking and one complimentary nail repair. Luxe Maintenance costs $125 per month and covers one acrylic fill, builder gel fill or Gel X maintenance, along with a discount, priority booking and a complimentary soak-off with a new full set. Elite costs $199 per month and includes a monthly service credit up to $125, one deluxe pedicure, a larger discount on additional services, two nail repairs and a birthday luxury upgrade. A Mommy and Me package for $120 provides side-by-side manicures and pedicures for a mother and child.
Business hours are Tuesday 9:30 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday 1:30 PM to 5 PM. The suite is closed on Mondays and Sundays. A deposit is not refunded if cancellation notice is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Foreign product removal is not offered. Package credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.
Each client is served one-on-one by the owner, so the appointment is built around a single person's nails from start to finish.
