Each appointment takes place in a private suite. Built-in buffer time between bookings means clients are not rushed, and aftercare guidance and product recommendations are given at the end of each visit. The studio uses single-use applicators and medical-grade sanitization, and it uses Mermaid Hard Wax or Waxness for most services, with premium soft wax when needed. Bushbalm is used for pre- and post-wax care.

The studio is open Monday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm; it is closed Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. A credit card is required to book, and a deposit may be taken. Clients should give at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations, since deposits are refunded or transferred only with that notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can mean a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and no-shows forfeit their deposit. Reminders are sent by email and text. Returns are not accepted.

Pink Cactus Waxing runs a free loyalty program in which members earn 1 point for every $2 spent, and 10 points equal $1 in rewards. New members receive a $5 coupon, and existing clients receive a $10 coupon for each new client they refer after that client's first appointment. Only one discount or reward can be used per transaction, and discounts must be requested at checkout. Clients under 18 need a parent present to sign a consent form, and Brazilian waxes are for clients 18 or older. Intimate waxing is offered for female anatomy only.

The studio prioritizes comfort, hygiene and personalized care in a clean setting, with appointments scheduled so clients are not rushed.
