The surgical menu covers the face, breasts, body and men. Facial options include quiet, traditional SMAS and deep plane facelifts, neck lifts, eyelid, nose, chin and ear surgery, and Contour TRL skin resurfacing. Breast surgery covers augmentation, reduction, lifts, revisions, implant removal, reconstruction and nipple work. Body procedures include mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, liposuction, arm and thigh lifts, Brazilian butt lifts, body lifts, Body by Pincus and fat transfer. Male patients can choose gynecomastia surgery, liposuction, tummy tucks, eyelid surgery or a facelift. The practice says its surgical center is certified by AAAASF. Surgical days are not overbooked, and some procedures require an overnight stay in a private room with a private duty nurse.

Non-surgical treatments are offered through Empowerment Medspa, which covers injectables, laser and body contouring devices, and skin care including microneedling, PRP, Hydrafacial and tailored facials. A separate Patient Empowerment Program pairs each patient with a clinical director who offers dietary advice and whole-body recovery planning built around that patient's treatment.

Consultations are offered in person or virtually by FaceTime or Zoom, and last about an hour. Intake paperwork is emailed before the appointment. Dr. Pincus typically sees consultation patients on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with other times by appointment. Cost varies with the extent of the work, anesthesia, facility fees, pre-surgical testing and the surgeon's fee. Financing is available through medical financing partners and an online application, and the practice notes that most cosmetic surgery is elective and generally not covered by insurance, with breast reconstruction often an exception. For out-of-town patients, a support services guide is available.

The practice says it combines several surgical techniques within each operation and tailors each treatment plan to the patient's aesthetic goals and physiology rather than using one standard plan. Care is meant to continue through pre-operative planning, consultation, surgery and post-operative visits, and patients may remain with the practice for a year or more.
