The salon says a haircut should feel fun and be a memorable experience for a child, and that every child is welcome whether they arrive smiling or in tears. The space is designed with children in mind: haircut chairs are shaped like vehicles, movies play during cuts, and the room has whimsical paintings, a wooden train table and a treasure chest.

Haircut options include clipper and shear cuts for all ages. Boys can choose a classic trim or a fresh new look, and girls can get a simple cut, a stylish new hairdo or a special-occasion style. Dad's cuts are quick and come in clean, classic or modern styles, and mom's cuts are offered as well. Walk-ins are welcome for mom's and dad's cuts when the schedule allows.

It includes a haircut from an expert, a keepsake certificate and a souvenir lock of hair.

Booking is available online through the salon's booking page, and the salon asks clients to call as soon as possible if they are running late, since late arrivals may not be accommodated. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays. A retail section sells hair accessories, gifts and other items.
