Haircut options cover boys, girls, men, and women. Simple cuts for boys and girls take about 15 minutes, with shampoo-included versions and specialty cuts available. Specialty cuts for boys include detailed fades and longer layered styles, while girls' specialty cuts include long layers, precision bobs, and bigger style changes. Women's cuts take about 30 minutes, and men's cuts are offered at the same price as boys' and girls' basic cuts.

Beyond cuts, the salon offers Fairy Hair, which adds shimmering strands to natural hair without glue or heat, plus detangling, deep conditioning, blowouts, and up-dos for occasions such as school dances and recitals. Premium braiding includes cornrows, braided crowns, and multi-braid styles. Nail and toe polish is offered in the child's chosen color on hands, toes, or both.

Themed visits suit birthdays, first haircuts, and dress-up days. Birthday, first haircut, princess, and pirate packages each cost $34.95 and include a haircut along with a small extra, such as a keepsake certificate and lock of hair for a first haircut, a tiara and sparkle for a princess visit, or pirate-style accessories. A Ten Haircut Package gives ten haircuts for the price of nine. Donation haircuts are arranged by phone, where staff explain the length requirements and donation process.

Ear piercing is available for children two years old and under and for children three years old and up. It is done by trained staff using sterile, hypoallergenic earrings, and the listed price of $56.95 may change after a consultation.
