The space has whimsical paintings, a wooden train table, and a treasure chest that children get to visit after a haircut. The retail section carries child-safe hair products, hair accessories, and gifts.
Parents are served too, with mom's and dad's haircuts and clipper and shear cuts for all ages. A Kid's Haircut is $26.95 and takes 15 to 20 minutes, and a Kid's Haircut with Shampoo is $29.95 and includes a kid-friendly shampoo before the cut. Boys' and girls' specialty cuts cover detailed fades, layers, precision bobs, and bigger style changes. Themed packages for birthdays, princesses, superheroes, and pirates each cost $39.95, and the First Haircut Package at $34.95 comes with a keepsake certificate and a souvenir lock of hair. The Pirate Package's final price may vary after a consultation.
Appointments are scheduled and can be booked or canceled through the salon's app. Clients are asked to arrive before their time. Late arrivals may be rescheduled because they push back every appointment after them, and anyone who cannot make a time is asked to cancel so another family can use it. Stylists sometimes run behind on haircuts. Walk-ins are welcome for some services when there is availability, including kids haircuts, mom's and dad's haircuts, and nail or toe polish. Store hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
