Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday from noon to 8 PM and Saturday from noon to 4 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday and Sunday. After-hours appointments cost $100 and can be booked on any day, including closed days. Lidocaine injection numbing is available for body piercings for $40, and an oral numbing spray is used for mouth piercings.

Ear piercings are the broadest group, covering lobes, tragus, conch, rook, daith, helix and industrial bar, priced from $40 to $160. Nose, lip, brow, navel, nipple, dermal, surface and hip piercings are also offered. Dental gems and cosmetic fashion braces are a separate offering, and the business runs a dental gem training course for ages 18 and up.

Piercing cleaning and consultation takes about 20 minutes and costs $40. It covers removing or cleaning a piercing and advice on next steps for issues such as infection or rejection. Jewelry changes are charged as labor at $30 per piercing, and jewelry is not included.

Children from 3 months to 9 years can have their ear lobes pierced for $150, with standard jewelry included. A birth certificate is required, and a parent or guardian must be present with ID and a signed consent form, with an adult accompanying the child at all times. House calls and party visits require a $550 deposit, which covers travel and $500 of free piercings for the host; other guests pay $60 per piercing.

The online shop ships through DHL and UPS in about 3 to 5 business days, with orders placed before 4 PM shipping the same day and later orders the next business day. International shipping is not offered. Damaged items need photos emailed or a call to the office, and after review a full refund is issued. Refunds are not available after 15 days.

The studio focuses on appointment-based piercing with clear pricing and aftercare advice for clients who have problems with a piercing.
