The facial menu starts with a 30-minute mini facial at $85, which includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, a customized mask, and toner, targeted serum and moisturizer, but not extractions. The 60-minute signature facial at $120 adds steam, extractions, a face and shoulder massage. Other facials include enzyme, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a teen facial, a pregnancy belly facial, a 90 to 120 minute acne facial with LED therapy, and a 90-minute ultimate facial that combines several add-ons.

Body work is centered on the back and booty. The back facial ($150) and bootylicious facial ($150) are both built around microdermabrasion and a customized mask, with the bootylicious facial offered to women only and clients asked to shave or wax at least three days ahead. The full body treatment, priced at $400 and listed as taking two and a half to three hours, combines the signature, back and bootylicious facials.

Add-ons can be booked alongside a facial, including gua sha massage with a rose quartz stone, high frequency for the scalp and face, beard care for men, LED light therapy, dermaplaning, hydrojelly masks, and enzyme peels for the face or back. Acne series are offered as a three-session package at $500 (paid in full at the first visit, valid four months) and a six-session package at $960 (valid eight months, payable in two installments of $480).

Booking requires a non-refundable $25 deposit, and the appointment is not confirmed until it is paid. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice for the deposit to roll over, and same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid harsh exfoliants, abrasive scrubs and retinol for 48 hours, and to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Afterward, clients are asked to avoid steam, direct sun, heavy sweating and makeup for 24 hours and to wear sunscreen.

The business describes its skincare as pharmaceutical grade and results focused, and each treatment is adjusted with a customized mask and products suited to the client. Aftercare guidance is part of the visit, with clear timelines for exfoliation and retinol.
