Services are offered at three levels: the artistic director, a creative stylist and newer talent, with newer talent services priced lower. Consultations cost $25, can be done in person or by Zoom, and the fee is applied to the service once it is decided and booked. The salon recommends consultations for extensions, new clients and major changes. Stylists are Sensory Safe certified.

Specialties include precision cutting, dramatic, unique, natural and lived-in colors, dimensional highlighting, and full blonding or grey blending. Elumen Color, which the salon describes as safe for sensitive scalps, is one of its main color services. Extensions, Brazilian and keratin treatments, styling and waxing round out the menu.

Booking runs through the website, with online hours listed for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday; the studio is closed Mondays, Fridays and Sundays according to those hours. Clients who cannot find a time can join the wait list or text or call for more options. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Some services need a deposit: $50 for Platinum Card, $75 for new clients booking Full Custom Color, $60 for new clients booking Partial Custom Color, and $60 for new clients booking Mini Custom Color with the creative stylist. Cancellations or no-shows within 18 hours of the appointment incur a 25% fee, which may be waived based on approval of circumstances. Gift cards are sold through the website.
