The facial menu runs from a general facial suited to all skin types up to a 90-minute customized treatment that adds dermaplaning, LED therapy and a moisture mask. A facial begins with a consultation and skin analysis, then moves through cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, massage and a treatment masque. Chemical peels usually take under 30 minutes unless paired with a facial. They are built up in intensity, starting with lighter peels and moving through formulas such as IMAGE, TCA and Jessner's. Individually priced peels are booked after a consultation that confirms the peel suits the client's skin. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, to wear glasses rather than contact lenses, and to tell staff about any recent exfoliation.
The injectable and device menu includes neuromodulators such as Botox, Jeuveau and Dysport, JUVÉDERM filler, microneedling, LaseMD ULTRA and XERF. Microneedling has preparation rules: use custom skincare for at least a month beforehand, avoid exfoliating products for at least 7 days, and keep Botox or filler at least two weeks away from the appointment. Pre- and post-treatment instructions are sent when an appointment is booked.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 6pm, Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 12pm to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Treatments are planned around each client's skin tone and goals, with specific attention to Fitzpatrick types III and above and to skin of color conditions such as melasma, aiming to limit the risk of hyperpigmentation.
The stated aim is a warm, welcoming environment.
