Sugaring is the core of the spa. It removes hair from the root, so regrowth tends to slow and hair becomes finer after repeated sessions, and a session needs only about 1/8 inch of hair. The spa presents sugaring as gentler than waxing and residue-free, and suggests it for clients who are not good candidates for other hair removal methods.

Facials run from a 30-minute Mini Facial through the Signature, De Luxe and Phoenician facials, which are offered at 50 minutes or 1 hour 20 minutes, and a series of five 50-minute sessions. Babor skin care is used exclusively in facial treatments, and Babor retail products can be bought in the spa or ordered online.

Le Hammam is the spa's Moroccan bath experience. It takes place in a separate, detached suite a few steps across a private courtyard. Options include traditional, Phoenician and Royal Hammam Ritual sessions, with or without massage, and two-person versions of each. Gratuity is not included in hammam or massage prices.

Services are booked by appointment only, by phone or online. Gift certificates are available, and parking is abundant.
