Its cosmetic line began in September 2019 under founder Saphira Sanders, who had already been working as a makeup artist since 2013. The hair booking page describes the business as a one-stop unisex salon, so the menu covers more than makeup alone.

The site presents makeup as a creative way to express inner beauty. The makeup menu moves from a 45-minute Skin Focus look with natural lashes and lip gloss, through a 60-minute Natural Look with a choice of lashes and several eyeshadow blends, to a 90-minute Bold Look in bright colors or a smoky style for date nights and nights out. A Bridal Trial is a 90-minute pre-wedding session that previews a look close to the one planned for the wedding day.

Clients can book makeup through the Square booking page or by calling or texting the salon. Every new client is asked to have a consultation first, and if it takes place at the appointment its fee is added to the final bill. A $20 non-refundable booking fee holds hair and makeup appointments and does not count toward the service price. It can be paid through Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal or invoice. Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, each client may reschedule once, and there is a 20-minute grace period for lateness. The remaining balance is paid in cash or by credit or debit card. All color services require a patch test first.

The online store carries collections that include face, lips, eye lashes, body care, hair products, wigs and extensions, accessories and clothing. Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, and all online sales are final. Shipping takes 7 to 10 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. The site describes its cosmetics as cruelty free and Black owned, and says they are made for people of all ages and skin tones.
