Philosophia Hair Studio & Education operates out of Studio 4, a private suite at Sola Salons in Northeast Minneapolis. The studio offers custom color, cutting and extension services, and every appointment is booked in advance.

Alongside the client work, the business runs an education side that reaches local and international salons. Its classes cover lived-in color, razor cutting, curly hair, client consultations and building an independent business. Group classes are designed for salons across the country, and salons can submit an inquiry form to host a class at their own location.

Hands-on learning runs through several named classes. Dimension with Intention focuses on dimensional color and where color is placed, for every hair texture. Pixie Bixie Bangs covers short-hair bangs and weight removal. Cutting and Styling Curls is a hands-on workshop in cutting curly hair, and Cutting Calm, also called Scissor Razor 101, pairs theory with practice in cutting technique.

Models for classes and social media videos are arranged through a model casting form. Hair models receive professional services while students practice under experienced guidance.

The studio's stated view is that technique matters, curiosity pays off, and stylists can keep growing throughout their careers.
