Sugaring is done with an organic paste made from sugar, water, and either citric acid or lemon juice. The salon says its method is faster, less painful, more thorough, and longer lasting than waxing. It recommends appointments every four to six weeks for long-term hair reduction. Hair should be at least 1/8 inch long and clean, and the skin should be free of products before a service.

Booking is online and by appointment only, with walk-ins not accepted. Every appointment requires a full deposit. Changes need 48 hours' notice to get a refund or move the booking, and late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Clients who arrive five or more minutes late may not receive the full service but are charged the full appointment time. Communication is by automated text or the Square messaging app, and the salon does not use voicemail.

Services are open to people of all genders, including trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and intersex clients. Queer, trans, and disabled clients can book special times at reduced rates. Brazilian services are offered to women, trans, intersex, and gender non-conforming clients, but not to cisgender men booking as new clients. Clients must be 18 or older, and guests and children are not permitted in the salon. Services are available during menstruation, with tampons or menstrual cups used and complimentary tampons provided.

The salon uses biodegradable gloves and trash bags and an earth-friendly detergent, and it uses tapioca, arrowroot powder, or cornstarch in place of talc. Parking includes free spots on South Street before 11am, with paid lots nearby and street parking that varies.
