Healthy Hair Services cover silk presses, treatments, trims, protective styles and luxury extensions. Clients can book single visits or join a Muse Society membership, which is a set series of sessions over several months. Loc maintenance packages run for 12 months, billed monthly or quarterly, and include a deep cleanse, a scalp detox treatment and a retwist.

The two 90-day Hair Goals Method experiences are the salon's structured plans, each priced at $600. The #GrowthGoals plan begins with a Fresh Start assessment and treatment, followed by three customized maintenance appointments and personalized at-home recommendations. Smooth Operator centers on a super sleek smoothing service and a bone-straight finish, with sleek maintenance in months two and three and at-home haircare guidance.

Visits follow a set of house rules. Appointments require a 25% deposit that is nonrefundable but credited toward the service, and changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair detangled, and a $25 late fee applies after 20 minutes. Pictures and videos are taken at every service to track growth, and Tuesday and Wednesday appointments carry an extra $100 fee.

Centers on healthy hair practices and hair growth journeys, with at-home care between salon visits. The salon states that results do not happen overnight.
