Each suite is designed for a single professional. Hair suites are fitted with a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, a wheeled styling trolley, a hair dryer, and a shampoo chair with a cabinet, while spa suites include a treatment sink with a cabinet. Ceilings measure between ten and twelve feet, the floors are high-end finishes, each door has a window, and the rooms offer acoustic privacy. Tenants can enter their suites around the clock, and the building is covered by video monitoring and after-hours security systems.

Rent is charged on month-to-month agreements with no long-term lease. All utilities are included except the tenant's phone, and professional liability insurance comes with a suite. Tenants choose their own services, schedules, pricing and appointments, and can sell retail products while keeping their own markup. Pricing varies by location and suite size, so prospective tenants are asked to contact the salon for current rates.

Shared spaces include a break room with a microwave, sink and seating, on-site laundry with free use of commercial washers and dryers, free WiFi for tenants and their clients, and parking.
