Rooms are offered as large single or double suites. Hair suites are fitted with a wash basin, a styling chair, a wheeled styling cart, a dryer, a shampoo chair and a cabinet. Spa suites have a spa sink and a cabinet. Every suite is private, can be tailored to the occupant's setup, and comes with storage.

Rent covers utilities, WiFi, and use of a washer and dryer. Suites have 24-hour access and 24-hour video surveillance. Renters may share their suite at no additional cost, and they choose and sell the products they want to use.

Agreements are month to month. To rent, a professional contacts the business, tours the location, then signs an agreement and picks a start date. Renters receive professional liability insurance, free education, product discounts, and maternity and bereavement leave.
