Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice; later changes carry a $25 fee. Booking on the website places a $25 hold, which is charged for a no-show or no-call. If a card on file cannot be charged, new bookings are blocked until the fee is paid. Clients who book by phone, email or social media without a card on file are asked to pay by Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, and future bookings are cancelled automatically if a no-show or no-call fee stays unpaid. The salon may also refuse service to clients who do not respect its time policies.
