The salon describes its experience as a luxury esthetic experience and its treatments as clinically backed.

Every service starts with a complimentary skin analysis. It covers current concerns, goals, medications, diet and the client's skin care routine, and it is included in all facial services. Clients who cannot come in person can book a complimentary 15-minute virtual training session, which covers skin type, product recommendations and a proposed plan.

The facial menu includes the Rejuvenating Anti-Aging Facial for mature or sun-damaged skin, the Clarifying Detox Facial for congested, blemish-prone skin, the Gentlemen's Facial with beard treatment and a regimen for razor bumps, the Youthful Exuberance Teen Facial for ages 13 to 18, and the Smoothing Back Facial. Professional treatments are Microneedling and Chemical Peel, each at $300, and add-ons such as the No Downtime Peel, Dermaplanning, LED Light Therapy, High Frequency, HydroJelly Mask, Contouring Mask and Foaming Enzyme Mask are available alongside facials.

The studio is open Tuesday from 2 to 6pm, Wednesday from 12 to 5pm, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to 2pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. After-hours appointments are available for a $50 fee when arranged by phone in advance. A deposit is required to book, and it is applied to the cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable, though a deposit can be credited toward a rescheduled visit if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead; same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled service, and a 20-minute grace period applies.
