Brow services range from a basic wax to combinations that add lamination and tinting, and the studio also offers permanent brows, which are priced by the individual service. Lash work covers clusters, half sets, individual lashes and refills, with take-off options for clients who are removing an existing set. Nail services include removal, polish changes, builder and Luminary gel, Gel X extensions, a waterless pedicure with gel polish, and nail sets with basic or advanced designs.

Clients who want help choosing can send a text for a free consultation before booking. The studio asks lash clients to arrive with little or no makeup and to skip coffee beforehand, and it sets a few booking rules: a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals, a pause on booking after two no-shows or late cancellations, and non-refundable, non-transferable deposits and services. One extra guest per client is allowed, and children are asked to stay home.

Payment is by cash or card through Gloss Genius, which adds a 3.5% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
