Waxing is a core part of the menu, covering the face, body, and intimate areas, with separate listings for women and men. Vagacials are offered as their own category, including sugar and lightening versions. Facials range from a teen facial to a firming option with LED light, and include the Welcome to the Box facial for new clients, which combines steamy extractions with a custom mask. Body treatments include a back facial, a butt facial, and a sweet sugar body scrub. For holistic healing, the spa offers an herbal body sauna and yoni steam. Ingrown hair and blackhead extractions are available, and hair needs to be trimmed beforehand.
The spa uses natural and herbal ingredients in its treatments and sells a selection of holistic skin care products. Men can book Manzilian and Penacial services, a chest wax, and The Gent's Rest facial, which addresses the face and beard.
Clients can join one of three monthly membership tiers priced at $99, $199, and $499. The lowest tier suits clients who mainly book waxing, with a monthly Brazilian and Yoni steam, priority booking, and store credit. Higher tiers add vagacial combos, add-on services, sugar body rubs, a guest pass, and a semi-annual mobile spa day. Unused Brazilian waxes roll over for 30 days while the membership stays active. Members can change tiers at any time, with new benefits starting on the next billing cycle.
The spa is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Walk-ins are not accepted, so clients need to book ahead.
