The practice was founded by a physician with a background in diagnostic imaging, and it says aesthetic medicine should be held to a medical standard. Every treatment is performed by a physician rather than a technician. Consultations look at goals, anatomy and skin quality, and a physician consultation is required before any injectable treatment or plan. Costs depend on the assessment, a written quote for the full plan is given before anything is scheduled, and nothing is added to the invoice during treatment. PH Med will not sell packages before an exam has established what is needed.

Ultrasound imaging runs through much of the injectable work. It guides filler, biostimulator and filler-dissolving treatments before and during injection, and it is used to see what is in the tissue for people treated elsewhere. Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport are placed into muscle and are not ultrasound-guided. Ultrasound mapping adds only a few minutes to a filler visit. The business also says ultrasound guidance should be the standard of care in aesthetics.

The injectable menu covers neuromodulators for forehead lines, glabellar lines, crow's feet, lip flip, chin dimpling, the masseter and neck bands, along with dermal fillers for the cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, lips, folds and under-eye areas. Biostimulators include Sculptra and Radiesse. PHacial Balance is a physician-designed full-face plan combining neuromodulators, fillers and biostimulators, offered as multi-session plans for local patients or single-visit sessions for out-of-town patients. Filler dissolving uses Hylenex and is offered for migration, overfilling, nodules, or product that needs removing before new filler. The assessment is listed at $299, a single area with ultrasound-guided dissolving at $399 per area, most single-area cases from $698, complex multi-area or unknown-origin cases from $1,195, and additional sessions under the same plan at $495 to $595. PH Med declines to add filler to a face already carrying too much and does not correct work done outside a licensed practice.

Skin tightening uses XERF, a needle-free radiofrequency system with no downtime that heats the deeper dermis and the fibrous layer beneath it. It is used to address structural laxity rather than volume or surface texture, and it is listed at $1,500 per session, with a separate depth assessment beforehand and no numbing or sedation. Skin renewal also includes PRF under-eye rejuvenation and LaseMD Ultra, a fractional thulium laser used for pigment, texture, fine lines and acne scarring. For hair and scalp, PH Med offers PRP restoration, scalp injections, red light and the PH Head Spa Experience.

Assessment comes first, with imaging where relevant, followed by a written plan that sequences structure before surface refinement. A physician performs the assessment, builds the plan and carries out the treatment.
