The massage menu covers Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, plus prenatal massage, where clients lie side-lying with pillows for positioning. Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones, with jade stones on smaller areas. Cupping therapy, a chair massage available only in the studio, a face massage, and a 30-minute feet refresher with exfoliation, steamed towels, and reflexology round out the options. Couples and four-handed sessions have two therapists working side by side.

Facial menus run from a 30-minute customized facial with no massage up to a 75-minute Deluxe Facial, which adds under-eye and lip work plus high frequency treatment for the scalp. The PF Customized Facial moves through a cleanse, an enzyme step, a serum applied with facial massage, a hydrating mask, and a moisturizer. Other choices include an Ultimate Acne Facial that includes extractions, a Teen Facial, a Back Facial focused on breakouts, a HydroJelly facial finished with a peel-off mask, and LED, microcurrent, and high frequency facials. The salon advises against high frequency and microcurrent facials for anyone with epilepsy, a cardiac issue, or a pacemaker or other implanted device. Chemical peels with TCA, Jessner, or Mandelic acid are not available to first-time clients, who must complete a consultation and a patch test first. Add-ons priced at $20 or $40 can be paired with any facial.

Hypoallergenic hard wax is the standard choice, with soft wax offered if requested, and waxing covers the face, body, and legs. Bundles pair treatments: the All Hallows Glow facial, the Caramel Spell massage, or The Spellbound Experience, which combines the two across three hours. Appointments can be changed by phone or online, but the studio wants 24 hours' lead time; a change made inside that window is charged $25, and a no-show without that notice costs $50. For an urgent same-day situation, clients should phone the studio as soon as possible so the visit can be moved.
