Services are by appointment only. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday with morning and afternoon hours and on Saturday until early afternoon, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. A complimentary 30-minute consultation is offered, and extra consultation time is charged in half-hour blocks. When a wig or hairpiece arrives, a complimentary 60-minute fitting covers putting it on, securing it, styling it and caring for it.
The studio keeps more than 60 wigs and toppers on its shelves for consultations, so clients can try styles in person. The range includes lace front wigs with a hand-tied top or a full hand-tied stretch cap, traditional cap wigs (the most affordable wig type offered), human hair wigs in several constructions and styles, and toppers that clip into existing hair in a range of sizes. Accessories are also sold.
A $100 deposit is required on any wig ordered. Wigs and hairpieces in stock can be taken home the same day, while ordering a different color usually takes about a week. The business aims for a peaceful, private and confidential experience, and describes itself as gender friendly.
